Homework Policy

On Wednesdays, students will share their Ask Me About with you.  Ask Me About is a sheet detailing the skills and content we explore each week, in the form of questions.  Simply ask your child the questions to learn about classroom happenings!  Once you have concluded this activity, please sign the bottom and return the form to school.

Depending on the evening, students may also be expected to complete a written response following their reading.  

Xtra Math

This is a *FREE* online program that enables students to practice their math facts (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) in a fun, individualized manner.  As students master their facts, Xtra Math will automatically adjust their program to allow for additional challenge.  I have already set-up the students' accounts, and I will provide a set of easy-to-follow directions to help you get started at home.  This is an excellent tool to further develop students' computational fluency as we work on applying these skills in more novel ways.
